My Process

Fill out the form

Please read through all information carefully. I want to make sure that this is a good fit for you. Parental approval is important, so make sure you talk with your parents and explain what this is all about. Once form is submitted, I will make sure to be in contact with you about all the details that come after.

Attend the info meeting

An informational meeting with your parents will be the next step to learn all about what being on the team means and make sure this is the right fit for everyone. This is done over zoom; however, we can make arrangements and meet in person if that is preferred.

Sign the formal contract + Pay deposit fee

The next step after the information meeting is to sign the contract! The contract states what the expectations are of you as the senior model rep and as well as me as the photographer. This will need to be signed by a parent/guardian before attending any further meets/team shoots.

Once everything is all signed and completed, the Senior Model Team that is selected will receive information on a Meet + Greet where they can attend get to know one another. This is not a requirement to attend but it is recommended.

My main goal is to provide you with the ultimate Senior Experience. I strive to create a team that unites girls from across the area who share common interests, fostering a supportive environment that boosts confidence, make new friends, uplift one another, and create unforgettable memories!

Joining the team is about more than just participation—it’s about personality, passion, and a willingness to connect with others. I’m looking for individuals who love making new friends, bring positivity and encouragement to their teammates, and are truly excited to be part of this journey. If that sounds like you, I can’t wait to get to know you!

EXPECTATIONS:

Promote GMP from the time of your acceptance through your Senior year of High School
Be kind, compassionate and be willing to participate in our Team Shoots
Share your experience with Family & Friends and talk positively about GMP
Gabriella Monique Photography is your only photographer for your senior year (sports/dance photos are an exception).
Share on social media posts monthly (1 static post a month, the remainder can be in your story)
Stay consistent with communication (text messages and emails) and be an active participate in group chats
Being a senior rep means you are also a brand ambassador for a small business; I am not expecting you to pass out business cards or post stiff recommendations ... just share the great images we capture and overtime, it'll grab your follower's attention!

WHAT DO I RECEIVE AS A SENIOR MODEL:

Meet & Greet with the entire Team to go over the program, brainstorm ideas & shoots and meet your teammates.
Introductory shoot with headshots to introduce you as part of the GMP Senior Model Team
Spring/Summer Team Shoot (Theme to be determined)
Individual Senior Sessions
Fall Team Shoot
Holiday Party
Spring Team Dinner
Invitation to the destination shoot(TBD)
Decision Day Shoot for College (depends on availability)
Cap + Gown Shoot (Graduation Session)

Once you apply, you will receive more in-depth information + an invite to the informational meeting. Submitting your application doesn’t commit you to anything!

INVESTMENT:

The total investment required for the Senior Model Program is $750.00. There is a $250 retainer due at the time of acceptance, $250 due in February and the remaining $250 due in May.

If you need to break these payments down further or need more time, please reach out. I try to be very flexible on payment plans so that I get quality young seniors who really want to participate.
